I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the PRISM-AI Center and AiM4 Lab, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), advised by Prof. Seunghwa Ryu. I received my Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from KAIST in 2026.
Currently, my research focuses on AI-driven inverse design, AI for end-to-end manufacturing, data-driven optimization, and Large Language Models applied to materials, structures, and manufacturing systems.

Research Interests
To borrow a term from optimization: the scientist in me explores what AI is genuinely good for, and the engineer in me exploits it for design and manufacturing. That balance shapes my work in the following directions.
